I Couldn't Fill In The Ponytail, So I beat The Game And Got The Pic That Way So It Wouldn't Look Stretched.

I have a portrait request. Can someone finish filling in omega red's ponytail where it's cut off at? or Raise the picture up a little bit and finishing filling him in to make him Decent enough to be a portrait?
