Not bad for a first shot but in the Ken Hyper Portrait you seem to have stretched him vertically but not horizontally which makes the render/picture look all stretched out in a bad way. Especially is the stretch is such a considerable difference. Hopefully that will help you out. Although in some cases like with my Leela portrait attempt uneven stretching may help out a little.
