ok so ive been at mugen for awhile and ive had an issue with it my win mugen will not show any characters and its frustrating. ive done the whole select.def file thing and the patch issue and what not but any character i put in wont show here it is though                                                                                             ;You can also add a randomize icon to the select screen. To do
;this, put the word "randomselect" on a line of its own, with no
 ;extra parameters.
 ;
 ;Insert your characters below.

G_kfm
ryuuken
blank
Oakuma
;-----------------------
[ExtraStages]
;Put extra stages here. They will be available in VS and Watch modes.
;For example, you can insert "stages/mybg.def".

stages/kfm.def
stages/stage0.def

Looks fine...not sure if it's just how it looks here but try deleteing the space above KFM and the one below ryuuken.

Otherwise...I can't see the problem..

Hmm. Maybe it's because you have a space between Ryuuken and Oakuma. But im not completely sure of that.

hmm ive heard this problem with some of my friends and ryuuken. there solution was re-downloading MUGEN. otherwise idk.

also modify those blanks and put the word "BLANK" just to label it for future reference. it wont effect the game

There should only be one version of Ryuuken.

Anyway, I forgot whether or not he already comes in a folder. So I'd check the folder, and see if there's a full folder in an otherwise empty folder. If so, copy and paste the contents of the second folder into the first then delete the second folder. Also make sure that the name you're putting in the select.def is exactly the same as the name for the folder and .def file.
