Ehh, here's a lame idea, but an IDEA nonetheless.
Maybe a Modder's Board of some sort? Like editing or creating things in various video games and/or computer games?
And the modifications such as custom skins or whatnot would be allowed for download, but linking to hacks that come with an entire game aren't allowed? That sounds pretty reasonable to me.
Just quoting it because it was the last post on the previous page (I hate that, it makes it less likely to be seen), and also to add rules about not stealing mods, perhaps.
