Use Photoshop for your edits.
Paint shop pro could be easier to handle for some, seen those sigs from a couple of people at M.I. Some just shouldn't use photoshop, gives it bad name.

Actually, I don't think they even counted as sigs. Not that I ever made one, but for carrying that around, better not even try.

I use paint to view images like PNG and etc fast. PSP for editing, cleaning, spriteing and making pallates. Also the Akuma Mcronald SF:3 pic made me lol more.
